This one is under the All Star Moniker and HAS all 8bit music AND sounds. It even HAS the character & team edit stuff from SNES Nekketsu Dodgeball! This might be the Super Dodgeball of ALL dodgeballs.

It is possible that Arc System works could port it (since they have the license) to steam for the US (I really want it to happen).This game has potential to draw ppl in,If Arc can Localize this for PC and ios & Android,maybe xbox one & PS4 as well.
