I downloaded it but it dosen't have a exe file to run the game.
Do you have any answer on this?

The game cannot run by itself because of Font issues. You need to install the game into your existing KD directory. It is recommended you make a backup first as it will overwrite your existing characters, stages, and the like.

what would I need I to merge to my existing KD directory?
Like what file would I need to move/copy over?

just delete some folders then put them in it works for mine
