I made a few modifications to the forums. For example:

- To send a PM to anyone you need now 5 posts! (Spamming = Banning)
- Avatar size changed to 100x100.
- Some other small changes and fixes.
- Plus two promotions: Sturmir and Tendeep2004 join the Moderators group!

As a little information, don't go overboard with images in the signatures or I'll have to remove them.
