River City Ransom Zero 熱血硬派くにおくん Zero

Some of you already know about this, I'm working on a prequel of RCR.

I'm putting lot of work on the gameplay on this one, I'm correcting some mistakes done on Valdivia City Ransom, and before you ask, VCR is not dead, but I got confused when I lost lot of stuff when I left my country, as it is going to have multiple paths etc, so I thought I needed a new refreshment.

here's a little gameplay video, it is rough but things like the black nonexistent border will be corrected, the enemies will be modified 100% too. and I have TONS of ideas that I want to fulfill, and I think everyone will be surprised, for now don't want to spil everything.

the history is that you use Kunio and Sugata to battle school bullies and the bosses from Nekketsu Kouha Kunio-kun.

also I did some pictures, like this one I did from scratch, but looking at official artwork:



so far I finished 3 weapons: iron stick, chain and knuckle, still have 7 more to go...

after that I will start working on stages and enemies, and finally Sugata.

Looks neat. Damn, if I only had more time I would help you with some graphics, but I'm just so busy right now ;/ Anyway, keep it up. This has a potential.

so far I only had Kunio as playable, and working on the story mode. Don0t know which one else to add to the roster. I can't add Sugata because I'm pointing on Kunio's 1st year on Nekketsu high school, Sugata is one year younger. I think Kouji will do it.

as you can see, I had a little problem when using the Dodgeball outfit. But now it's fixed!!!

I'm about to finish the Nekketsu area stages, after that I will aim at Hanazono surroundings.


but I NEED help: if someone can rip the girls on KD it would be very appreciatted, I need them to make the Sukeban gang. I just have the girl I edited for Valdivia City Ransom but she doesn't have enough sprites. so if someone can rip them, of course will be credited properly.
