Change defoult color uniform??

Please i chang in teamcollor.bmp colors dont work. Please help how change uniform colors?

/Unlocked to answer slick's problem

In the main folder where chardata.txt is found, there is kk_team.txt file. There you can edit the eisting teams for Contest/Tournament, add/remove/replace characters, add more teams and change team color (I think Danger X made a tutorial for this... ).
